The evening will be presented by Andrea Corsi, one of Australia’s most respected sommeliers. Born in Tuscany’s Chianti region, Andrea brings decades of expertise and an engaging way of bringing each bottle’s story to life. Throughout the night, he will share insights as you explore Sardinia’s most distinctive wines, hand-selected in partnership with Quattro Mori.
A seasonal five-course menu will be served, showcasing Sardinia’s finest cuisine — from delicate seafood to handmade pasta and classic desserts — each dish perfectly paired with exceptional Sardinian wines.
