TASTING NOTES
Intense Russian ruby color with slightly purplish edges. The nose is enraptured by the aromas of red fruits, cherries, blueberries, sweetened by the contribution given by the tannins of the wood which gave rise to the aroma of chocolate and tobacco. In the mouth it is round with ripe tannins and a persistent finish.

VINIFICATION
Destemming of the grapes and maceration of 10 -12 days. Fermentation at 24/26° C with selected yeasts. Delestage midway through fermentation. Malolactic fermentation.
AGING
In barriques and barrels for about 80% of the mass.
