Achille Boroli Bel Amì Chardonnay 2021

Description: straw yellow colour, intense aroma whit fruity scents reminiscent of apricot and yellow peach. The taste is harmonic, persistent, fresh, whit a great balance between acidity and body. Pleasant presence of mineral. Ideal wine for ageing in your cellar, but also ready to be enjoyed now.

Denomination: Langhe Chardonnay
1.24 hectares – 100% Chardonnay – average age of the vineyards 15-20 years

Terroir: located in the municipalitu of Castiglione Falletto; partly west and partly north-west facing; clayey soil; depth on marl 2 meters. Cultivation system simple Guyot; roostock SO4; density vines 4400/ha; average age vines 15 years old.

Vinification:
white vinification, soft pressing; the must obtained is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperature controlled. At the end of fermentation, the wine is racked and the malolactic fermentation begins. The wine is bottled before the summer following the harvest after maturing for about 6 months in tonneaux.

Quattro Mori will only ship orders to a valid address within Australia.

Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order. You can order a single bottle, a case or mix it up as you choose.

Delivery
Quattro Mori supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol.

We reserve the right to request identification before processing your order.

Quattro Mori ships orders from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location, we select the services of Anonymus Wine Distribution, Australia Post and various logistics companies and their affiliates.  For delivery in Sydney , please allow three to five working days and five to seven for most Australian cities, rural and regional areas might take longer. 

Please note that in extreme heat conditions we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it.

Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery in the Sydney metro area for all orders over $150. For all the others, delivery charges apply. This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout according to your post code.

Returns

If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Quattro Mori will issue a full refund for the goods within 7 days of receiving the intact goods.

If your order has been packed incorrectly by Quattro Mori, please notify Quattro Mori strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Quattro Mori will request that you return the incorrect items and we will refund the return shipping costs.
