Technical data
Production area: hilly areas of the lower Sulcis, in the south-western part of Sardinia. Calcareous-clayey soils, Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and limited rainfall, hot and windy summers. Espalier-trained vines with guyot pruning, planting density of 5,000 vines / ha, average production of about 45 quintals / ha.
Color: intense ruby red with slightly garnet reflections.
Bouquet: Intense, persistent and complex. Aromas of red fruit, aromatic herbs and marked balsamic notes.
Taste: Dry, savory and harmonious. Intense, persistent and with a remarkable structure.
Pairings: Roasted or braised meats, game, aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18 ° C. It is recommended to uncork 30 minutes before consumption.
Vinification
Fermentation with maceration at a temperature of 26-28 ° C for 15 days. Aging in French oak barriques for at least 12 months.

We reserve the right to request identification before processing your order.
Quattro Mori ships orders from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location, we select the services of Anonymus Wine Distribution, Australia Post and various logistics companies and their affiliates. For delivery in Sydney , please allow three to five working days and five to seven for most Australian cities, rural and regional areas might take longer.
Please note that in extreme heat conditions we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery in the Sydney metro area for all orders over $150. For all the others, delivery charges apply. This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout according to your post code.
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Quattro Mori will issue a full refund for the goods within 7 days of receiving the intact goods.
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Quattro Mori, please notify Quattro Mori strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Quattro Mori will request that you return the incorrect items and we will refund the return shipping costs.
