Tasting notes
Shines of a red ruby colour with scarlet nuances. Complex in its fragrances. Intense
fl oral smell of violet, sour cherry, black cherry and small red fruits. Then follow
“boero”, hot spices, coff ee, licorice and Indian ink. Aftertaste of fruits in alcohol,
chocolate and spices. Noteworthy tannin and freshness give to the taste the right
equilibrium, soft and embracing. Closes long and balsamic.
Appellation: Puglia I.G.P. Nero di Troia.
Varietal composition: Nero di Troia in purezza 100%.
Vineyards location: Province of Foggia.
Training: Espalier.
Harvest: Second and third decade of October.
Vinification: de-stemmed and pressed grape, ferments with skins yeasts in steel
tanks for 20-25 days. Aging in french barriques for 12 months.
Aging: In stainless steel - barrique.
Food pairing
Hare ragout with pappardelle, duck with cherry sauce, beef stew.
According to tradition: Lamb ragout with cavatelli.
Serving temperature: 18°C.

We reserve the right to request identification before processing your order.
Quattro Mori ships orders from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location, we select the services of Anonymus Wine Distribution, Australia Post and various logistics companies and their affiliates. For delivery in Sydney , please allow three to five working days and five to seven for most Australian cities, rural and regional areas might take longer.
Please note that in extreme heat conditions we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery in the Sydney metro area for all orders over $150. For all the others, delivery charges apply. This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout according to your post code.
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Quattro Mori will issue a full refund for the goods within 7 days of receiving the intact goods.
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Quattro Mori, please notify Quattro Mori strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Quattro Mori will request that you return the incorrect items and we will refund the return shipping costs.
