IGP SALENTO ROSSO
Negroamaro is a red grape variety native to southern Italy. It is grown almost exclusively in Puglia and particularly in the Salento, the peninsula which can be visualised as the "heel" of Italy.
VINIFICATION : After crushing and de-stemming, the must remains in contact with the skins for 6-7 days at termocontollata temperature of 24-25 ° C.
AGING : In stainless steel tank until bottling.
COLOR : Intense ruby color with slight and fleeting reflections purple color.
SMELL : And 'composed of red fruit and a delicate herby barely perceptible, which is mixed to a beginning of ethereal. Purely are identifiable scents of black cherry, red plum and thyme.
TASTE : The taste is characterized by a good balance between softness, taste and alcohol, as opposed to the minerality and freshness. Elaborate the persistence, initially soft, with mild incisive aftertaste typical of the grape.
PAIRING: Very versatile. Perfect with cured meat antipasti, especially hot salami and ‘Nduja, ideal for meat soups, grilled shellfish, medium-aged cheeses and sheep meat.
KITCHEN SALENTINA : Arancine, grilled blue fish (mackerel), Sfincione, meat rolls stuffed. Pasta with fresh broad beans and ricotta.

We reserve the right to request identification before processing your order.
Quattro Mori ships orders from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location, we select the services of Anonymus Wine Distribution, Australia Post and various logistics companies and their affiliates. For delivery in Sydney , please allow three to five working days and five to seven for most Australian cities, rural and regional areas might take longer.
Please note that in extreme heat conditions we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery in the Sydney metro area for all orders over $150. For all the others, delivery charges apply. This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout according to your post code.
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Quattro Mori will issue a full refund for the goods within 7 days of receiving the intact goods.
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Quattro Mori, please notify Quattro Mori strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Quattro Mori will request that you return the incorrect items and we will refund the return shipping costs.
