NURAGUS
Nuragus is an ancient local vine, which together with Cannonau represents the history and tradition of Sardinian viticulture. The production is concentrated in Cagliari and Oristano areas (98.5%). Its ripeness is late, especially in temperate zones. It’s a vigorous and pulpy grape, with large, dense and often winged bunches. The ripe peel recalls to Nasco grape, with a clear bright yellow colour. With any particular climatic needs, it fits well in various growing areas. It’s raised in espalier system.
It reaches maturity in the second week of September, and in some cases the harvest is anticipated for the production of fresh and sparkling wines.

Nice and appreciated with appetizers, it’s particularly suited to pasta dishes with vegetables and fish cooked in a simple way (in a salt crust or roasted).
AJÒ VINEYARDS
Medium hillside vineyards in the surrounding area of Mogoro village and neighbouring villages. The soil is moderately calcareous, loose deep, partly with Quaternary sands. The climate is sub/arid with mild winters and very hot summers, mitigated by the mistral wind. Average annual rainfall is 500 mm.
The harvest is manual and crushing occurs within a few hours from picking.
The yield per hectare is 100/110 q.

Delivery
Quattro Mori supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol.
We reserve the right to request identification before processing your order.
Quattro Mori ships orders from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location, we select the services of Anonymus Wine Distribution, Australia Post and various logistics companies and their affiliates. For delivery in Sydney , please allow three to five working days and five to seven for most Australian cities, rural and regional areas might take longer.
Please note that in extreme heat conditions we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery in the Sydney metro area for all orders over $150. For all the others, delivery charges apply. This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout according to your post code.
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Quattro Mori will issue a full refund for the goods within 7 days of receiving the intact goods.
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Quattro Mori, please notify Quattro Mori strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Quattro Mori will request that you return the incorrect items and we will refund the return shipping costs.
