PRODUCTION METHOD
Barolo Riserva Vigna Pajana is harvested as a selection of the Pajana vineyard and destemmed with 15% whole berries, undergoing a fermentation lasting 46 days in two stages (30 days of submerged cap). The wine ages in Slavonian and Austrian oak barrels (3.200 lt) for 40 months.
The Vigna Pajana is savoury and complex, intense and refined: elegant, powerful and tight at the beginning, it is juicy and mineral with balsamic notes that become broader and more nuanced as the wine opens in the glass.
The Barolo Vigna Pajana Riserva 2016 is savoury and complex, intense and refined. Notes of sweet cherry and dried blackberry give life to the bouquet opening the way to notes of crushed flowers, earth, orange peel and sweet liquorice. Tight, mineral and juicy, Vigna Pajana Riserva 2016 has creamy tannins gradually seeping into strawberry and red-berries notes and combines traditional austerity with rewarding elegance and drinkability

Delivery
Quattro Mori supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol.
We reserve the right to request identification before processing your order.
Quattro Mori ships orders from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location, we select the services of Anonymus Wine Distribution, Australia Post and various logistics companies and their affiliates. For delivery in Sydney , please allow three to five working days and five to seven for most Australian cities, rural and regional areas might take longer.
Please note that in extreme heat conditions we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery in the Sydney metro area for all orders over $150. For all the others, delivery charges apply. This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout according to your post code.
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Quattro Mori will issue a full refund for the goods within 7 days of receiving the intact goods.
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Quattro Mori, please notify Quattro Mori strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Quattro Mori will request that you return the incorrect items and we will refund the return shipping costs.
