Vostè Nepente di Oliena is a vibrant and expressive Sardinian red that captures the essence of Cannonau grown in the rugged hills around Oliena. This vintage opens with an inviting bouquet of ripe red berries, wild herbs, and subtle hints of spice, reflecting the Mediterranean landscape from which it originates.
On the palate, it is warm and well-structured, with smooth tannins and balanced acidity that carry flavors of cherry, plum, and a touch of earthy minerality. A gentle note of dried herbs and a lingering, slightly savory finish add depth and character.
Crafted with care and respect for tradition, this wine showcases both freshness and complexity, making it a versatile wine that pairs beautifully with roasted meats, aged cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes. Elegant yet approachable, it is a true expression of Oliena’s winemaking heritage.
Equivalent in the Sardinian language to the courteous form of address ‘you’. A sign of respect and reverence towards Nepente, native to the territory of Oliena and appreciated since ancient Greek times. On the label, Gabriele D’Annunzio, one of the first to praise Nepente with the famous phrase ‘Do you not even know the Nepente of Oliena by fame? Alas, let it be’. On the nose, it expresses notes of cherry, blackberry, and raspberry with subtle hints of myrtle and Mediterranean scrubland. A unique wine with limited production to preserve its quality

Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order. You can order a single bottle, a case or mix it up as you choose.
Delivery
Quattro Mori supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol.
We reserve the right to request identification before processing your order.
Quattro Mori ships orders from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location, we select the services of Anonymus Wine Distribution, Australia Post and various logistics companies and their affiliates. For delivery in Sydney , please allow three to five working days and five to seven for most Australian cities, rural and regional areas might take longer.
Please note that in extreme heat conditions we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery in the Sydney metro area for all orders over $150. For all the others, delivery charges apply. This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout according to your post code.
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Quattro Mori will issue a full refund for the goods within 7 days of receiving the intact goods.
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Quattro Mori, please notify Quattro Mori strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Quattro Mori will request that you return the incorrect items and we will refund the return shipping costs.
